This Pinot Noir is at a wonderful stage of its development. It has the classic Mornington Peninsula cherries but with an additional note that comes straight out of a temperate rain forest. It is silky and long and will live for ages if you can resist the temptation to drink it!

This Chardonnay is replete with citrus notes, which give the wine a wonderful line and focus. A little lemon curd and tropical fills out the palate. A lovely creamy texture and crisp acid finish completes the picture. It could easily be laid down for some years.

This Pinot Rosé has the fragrance and finesse typical of this treasured grape. The nose is all strawberries and cream with a dash of cranberries and sweet spice.
