This Pinot Noir is at a wonderful stage of its development. It has the classic Mornington Peninsula cherries but with an additional note that comes straight out of a temperate rain forest. It is silky and long and will live for ages if you can resist the temptation to drink it!

Silky tannins provide structure and length, allowing the fruit to shine with purity and precision. This Pinot Rosé has the fragrance and finesse typical of this treasured grape. The nose is all strawberries and cream with a dash of cranberries and sweet spice.
